Return and Refund Policy

At Methodx, we are committed to delivering high-quality Website Development, Business Management Systems, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and WhatsApp API solutions. Due to the nature of our services, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

✔ Service Not Delivered: If a service has not been initiated within the agreed timeline.
✔ Technical Issues from Our End: If a website, software, or API integration is non-functional due to our errors and cannot be resolved.
✔ Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same service.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

❌ Digital Marketing & Paid Ad Campaigns: Once executed, marketing services such as SEO, Meta/Google Ads, and social media promotions are non-refundable.
❌ Website Development & Custom Projects: Once the project has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.
❌ WhatsApp API & Third-Party Integrations: Since WhatsApp API services involve third-party providers, no refunds will be provided after activation.
❌ Subscription-Based Services: Any monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Website Development & CRM Solutions: Cancellation is only possible before project initiation.
  • Marketing Services: Campaigns can be paused, but no refunds will be issued for completed work.
  • WhatsApp API & Integrations: Cancellation is not possible once the service is activated.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

📩 Email us at support@methodx.in with the subject: Refund Request – [Your Order ID].
🔹 Provide proof of payment and a valid reason for the request.
🔹 Our team will review and respond within 5-7 business days.
🔹 Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Methodx reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time to align with business needs and compliance requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
